i guess i understood around 60-70%. yea, i know romanians are associated with gypsies in many places. romania has probably most gypsies because they live the best life here. authorities won't give a shit. i had problems with gypsies or gypsy-like people several times and police's attitude was something like "what do you expect us to do ? just avoid them as much as possible and hope you won't get injured or killed". there are zones in bucharest where if you go alone there's a high probability you'd get stabbed or that someone will steal something from you. from my point of view it's the stupidity and incompetence of many systems in this country as well as the high tolerance that allowed them to develop more here than anywhere else. and yea, they prefer to say they are romanians when they go to steal in other countries since gypsies have a worse rep.
i know i don't really care about countries and shit, i think you must be super retarded to say that if someone comes from some country x he must be in a y way.
